I am currently using Samsung A54 5G with the latest android version and GSIS Touch was well working but all of the sudden it stops working and keeps crashing. After many technical configurations, nothing work. So, I did the following:
On my Samsung A54, I navigate to Settings.
Then look for and select General Management.
Then look for and select 'Reset'.
Finally, look for and select 'Factory Data Reset'. This will erase all data, including files, contacts, messages and downloaded apps which are saved in the internal storage. So better perform back ups before executing 'Factory Data Reset'. External storage like SD Card won't be affected.
Note: After successful 'Factory Data Reset', you will be ask to login to your google account. In my case I used the SMS based confirmation which can be found on the final option.
After I reconfigure my newly-reset phone, I downloaded and updated all the necessary apps found in the google playstore and store. After that, I downloaded the 'GSIS Touch' from the google playstore and it now works well. The reconfiguration took sometime. Its like what happen when you first bought the phone.
I hope it will work the same on your smartphone.
